The Campus Telecom Team has scheduled maintenance for the MUHC VOIP phones on Thursday, July 16th 2200 – Friday, July 17th 0100.

Campus Telecom will be upgrading the firmware on all MUHC VOIP phones throughout the health system.
A Assessment

Campus Telecom will be upgrading the firmware running on the MUHC VOIP phones on Thursday, 7/16/26 2200 – Friday, 7/17/26 0100. During this change window, all VOIP phones throughout MUHC will receive a firmware update and a reboot which will cause up to a 5 minute downtime per phone as the phone restarts. All live calls will not be impacted as those phones will reboot once no longer connected to a live call.
