ATT is discontinuing the email-to-text feature effective June 17. MobileView uses this feature, particularly in clinics, to alert users of temperature excursions.

MobileView is MUHC’s enterprise Temperature Monitoring Software.

A Assessment
IT discovered that ATT would be discontinuing email-to-text features effective June 17, 2025. This change will impact all users who currently receive MobileView text messages for alerts. Clinics are particularly affected because it’s a primary source of alerting during off-hours when staff are not in facility.
IT is investigating some workarounds but nothing at this time is feasible prior to the June 17 service end.

Monitor emails closely for MobileView alerts of temperature excursions. For clinics, please monitor for email alerts during off hours and check asset logs in MobileView each day.
