S Situation

Oracle Health Cloud Team will be performing maintenance on the alarm management solution.

B Background

There has been a multi-week issue with alarms being received by staff for units they are not assigned to.

A Assessment

To fix the issue, OH Cloud Team needs to completely restart event management services. This will result in 5-10 minutes of downtime impact for alarms.

Please monitor primary alarm sources (nurse call console phones, spacelabs central monitors, etc.)
