Starting September 16th, 2026 at 6 AM, athenaIDX will begin using SSO for users to log into the application.

Users will log in with their MU AD Account starting Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 6 AM.
A Assessment

The Rev Cycle Training department will be sending out a training memo detailing the steps that users will take to log in with their MU AD Account prior to this change taking place.

If you encounter any issues logging into athenaIDX following this change, please report to the help desk.
A new citrix icon (IDX Web Athena Non-SSO) will be available temporarily for users to log in with their old IDX Username and password so that they can continue working until their SSO login issue is resolved. This icon will only be available until any reported issues are resolved, so it is very important that users report any issues to the help desk.
