As part of the fall time change, all interfaces flowing into and out of the Cerner system (data flowing between computer systems) will be down on Sunday, November 02, 2025.
All Cerner applications (PowerChart, Revenue Cycle, FirstNet, SurgiNet, etc.) will be available during the time change event.
Please note the following key points for activity during the downtime: Patients can still be registered in the Cerner system. No other non-Cerner downstream systems will be updated during the time change.
Utilize downtime procedures for non-Cerner downstream systems (e.g. Teletracking). Contact the HELP desk (573-884-4357) for any issues during the downtime.
