• Athena IDX has scheduled preventative maintenance to address a new critical vulnerability that requires immediate remediation and device reboot.

• This is to inform you that a maintenance activity has been scheduled under the New Critical Vulnerability Downtime Window to address critical vulnerabilities requiring immediate remediation and the devices reboot. We will be utilizing this maintenance window as a critical security vulnerability requires prompt action and cannot safely wait until a standard maintenance cycle.
• During the maintenance window, there may be brief service interruptions of approximately 20 minutes while the NetScaler devices reboot as part of the patching process.
