S Situation

There has been an issue identified with integration for the PrisMax Dialysis Machines.

B Background

This issue was identified on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. After working with Oracle Health Support, it has been identified as a driver (integration) bug.

A Assessment

This issue causes the machines to have issues being associated to the correct patients in PowerChart. IT is working with Oracle Support to find a remediation. Timeframe for a resolution is still TBD.

Please manually chart data for PrisMax machines. Do not trust integration data.
