S Situation
The CareAware cloud iBus is experiencing issues with P2DA association in PowerChart and maintaining real-time data streaming into PowerChart. This is a multi-client issue.

B Background
This issue was first noticed when users could not associate Spacelabs monitors to patients in PowerChart. Other noticeable applications that may be impacted are:
Alarm Management and assignments via Ascom
CareView Dashboard
Spacelabs patient monitoring
Other bedside medical devices that stream data into PowerChart.

A Assessment
IT is engaged with other support groups across Oracle Health to remediate. This issue started around 0100 4/30/26. FetaLink is not impacted at this time.

R Recommendation
Make sure to associate patients directly on Spacelabs Monitors, and make sure to monitor for alarms at central stations, as alarms to Ascoms may not work.
