TigerConnect will be performing scheduled maintenance overnight this coming weekend, Saturday, September 19 – Monday, September 21, 2026.

• Date: Saturday, Sunday and Monday September 19-21
• Time: 12am - 6am cst (each night/early morning)

Possible Impact
• During the hours of midnight to 6am, you may experience slowness related to the upgrade:
o Searching for staff, roles, and teams
o Looking up patients
o Message delivery

R Recommendation
Downtime is not expected.
If delays start to impact patient care, call the help desk at 573-884-4357. Telecom leadership will decide if downtime process should be used. As a reminder, the downtime process for Tiger Connect outage is utilizing overhead paging. Contact the hospital operator to communicate with other clinicians. They will help facilitate that communication.
