Possible Impact
During the hours of 11 pm to 5 am, you may experience slowness related to the upgrade:
-Searching for staff, roles, and teams
-Looking up patients
-Message delivery

Downtime is not expected.
If delays start to impact patient care, call the help desk at 573-884-4357. Telecom leadership will decide if downtime process should be used. As a reminder, the downtime process for Tiger Connect outage is utilizing overhead paging. Contact the hospital operator to communicate with other clinicians. They will help facilitate that communication.
