There will be maintenance performed on the MUHC Cellular DAS (Distributed Antenna System) Wednesday, July 8, 2026. from 5pm – 6pm for system maintenance.
B Background

Investigation and troubleshooting on the Cellular DAS has uncovered RF Noise on the hospital system. AT&T will perform troubleshooting and maintenance operations to assist in resolving the ongoing issues.
A Assessment

Wednesday, July 8, 2026. from 5pm – 6pm we will experience an outage for AT&T cellular coverage throughout all MUHC Cellular DAS covered buildings while engineers work on correcting RF Noise issues.

All MUHC staff members and departments should be aware of a planned DAS Cellular Outage for Wednesday, July 8, 2026. from 5pm – 6pm. The Telecom Department will be paging overhead during this change window due to an outage of cellular coverage throughout MUHC for AT&T cellular coverage. Please ensure all MUHC and BYOD devices are added to the MU HEALTH CARE network to avoid loss of connectivity.
